First of all, you would better find exact location which you will work for and you can search some apartments near your working place.
Most areas in Korea, they would ask deposit and that would be higher than you expect.
Some English institute provide deposit for their teachers so you would better ask their offers.
Most apartments for with 2,100,000KRW, you can find 2 or 3 bedrooms and size would be 80m2 to 100m2 in Seoul.
