People usually find apartments after they arrive.
However, it is very difficult to find apartments in Korea for short term.
Apartments finding in Korea;

- Deposit required
- At least 1year lease
- Mostly not furnished

How to find short term lease with no deposit with furnished;

- Serviced apartments: 3,000USD to 6,000USD per month and they are all in central Seoul
- Short term apartments in Gangnam Seoul: 1,000USD to 3,000USD per month only in this area acceptable
- Stay hotels or guest houses
